Forms Bot collects and processes the following data only when required for functionality:

• Discord User IDs
• Discord Server (Guild) IDs
• Form responses submitted by users
• Uploaded files submitted through Discord modals

2. How Data Is Used

Collected data is used solely to:

• Deliver form submissions to the configured Discord channels
• Display submitted information to server administrators
• Provide the core functionality of the Bot

3. Data Storage

Form configurations are stored in JSON format. Uploaded files are temporarily downloaded and re-uploaded to Discord, then deleted from the server.

No long-term storage of uploaded files is performed outside of Discord.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties. Data is only transmitted to Discord’s API as required for Bot operation.

5. User Rights

Server administrators control which data is collected via forms. Users may contact server administrators regarding data removal.

6. Security

Reasonable technical measures are taken to protect data. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
